 At PixelShield AI Camera, developed by OMVAGMINE PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our mobile application, PixelShield AI Camera (the "App").

1. 100% OFFLINE & LOCAL-FIRST PROCESSING

Our core design principle is absolute privacy.

Zero Network Transmission: The App does not operate remote servers, cloud databases, or API communication backends.

Local Processing: All machine learning (face detection, text recognition), audio processing (voice assistant), and cryptographic features (steganography payload injection) are performed strictly offline and locally on your physical device.

No Data Collection: We do not collect, capture, store, upload, or share any of your personal data, files, photos, videos, or metadata.

2. SENSITIVE PERMISSIONS AND DATA USAGE

To provide its functionality, the App requires access to specific hardware sensors and system components. Below is a detailed breakdown of what data is accessed and how it is used:

A. Camera Access

Purpose: To render the live camera stream, display real-time privacy grids/cyber-shields, identify faces or text for applying visual blur/privacy filters, and capture photos or videos.

Storage & Transmission: The live feed is processed in temporary volatile memory (RAM) for real-time overlay rendering. It is never saved to the App's private database and is never transmitted over the internet.

B. Microphone & Audio Access

Purpose: To record audio synchronized with captured video clips and to analyze speech commands for the local offline Voice Assistant.

Storage & Transmission: Microphone signals are processed on-device. Audio for captured videos is combined locally and saved only to your device's storage. No voice audio is transmitted to external speech-to-text servers.

C. Local Storage Access

Purpose: To save captured photos and videos to your device's media gallery (via standard Android MediaStore API) and to host the local Steganography Vault.

File Deletion (Self-Destruct): The App contains an opt-in self-destruct feature. When configured, files saved under a self-destruct rule will be automatically and permanently wiped from local disk storage when their timer expires.

D. Biometric Sensor Access

Purpose: To authenticate access to the steganography gallery vault using fingerprint or facial recognition prompts.

Storage & Transmission: Biometric authentication is handled securely by the Android operating system's native BiometricPrompt API. The App never accesses, views, or stores your biometric template signatures.

3. THIRD-PARTY SDKS & SERVICES

No Analytics/Telemetry: The App does not integrate any third-party telemetry, crash-reporting suites (such as Firebase Crashlytics), or usage trackers.

No Advertisements: No mobile advertising SDKs are embedded in the App.

4. DATA SECURITY

Since all App data remains solely on your physical device, the security of your files relies on your device's built-in security features (passcodes, biometric locks). Uninstalling the App or clearing its data via Android System settings will permanently delete the App's configurations and files stored within the App's private folder.


5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Because the App does not collect, request, or transmit any data from anyone, it is fully safe for use by individuals of all age groups, including children under the age of 13.


6. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since the App is entirely offline, policy updates will be packaged with new application releases on the Google Play Store. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
